ARCHITECTURE DESIGN
For every project the factors taken into account during the design are the architectural consistency of the project and the adjustment and its integration to the landscape, natural or constructed, the accurate use of materials and the successful combination between them, the proper function of the building in level of floor plan and layout and the study of the outdoor space surrounding the building, the accurate placing of the building on the land and its bioclimatic design taking into account the climate conditions.
CONSTRUCTION
The proper realisation of the project after an accurate and detailed study is a factor which constitutes principal aim of the office.Theaccurate use and check of materials, the implementation of modern construction technologies and the constant and frequent attendance of the project until the final stage of completion are also essential goals of the office and a necessity as well in order for an architecturally and constructurally intact result to occur. In addition,there is a possibility from the office for the total or partialconstruction of the project in collaboration with specialised crews for even better attendance of the building construction.
INTERIOR DESIGN
The interior design of a building has to fully conform with the exterior so that they complete anintegrated entity. This planning logic concerns primarily the residences.As for the professional spaces, the design is based on a central idea which is either only morphological or conceptual (concept) from which the design will arise.
BUILDING RENOVATION
The renovation of buildings, especially residences and hotels, has as a purpose the total upgrade and improvement of the building in terms of morphology − planning and function as well. Usually these interventions can radically change the function and the architectural view of a building, so thatan entirely new building structure emerges.
TOURIST BUILDINGS
The design of tourist buildings, such as hotels and tourist residences, has as a common beginning the creation of spaces that will fully satisfy any needs incurred by the concept of holidays. With this central core we design spaces, not only of high aesthetics, but especially spaces that cover the sense of relaxation and entertainment and the anticipation for a new environment.
DESIGN OF PROFESSIONAL SPACES
The office undertakes and specialises in planning of buildings of special use such as commercial centres, entertainment centres, restaurants, cafes, etc.
BUILDING RESTORATION
Special procedure of structural reinforcement of buildings either private such as residences, either of special use such as churches. The procedure aims to the full reconstruction of the functionstructureand the building view as well through a sequence of specific works by specialised crews.
