It is a two-floor residence of 200 m2 with a 100 m2 basement. The planning resulted based on the view factor and the desire of the owner for view to the sea. For this reason, the day accommodation spaces were made on the floor. The residence is adjusted to the inclined ground so that the access to the floor can be done from externally as well. Planning characteristic of the building is the geometric clarity and the elevation of the white geometric form.
